How to hire

If you have decided on a vintage look but need help with the details, contact us by email to answer questions and arrange a quote. Should you already know what you need, send along your wish list. We’ll do the rest.

Pick up, or have us deliver and collect - either way, we do the washing up! It’s your tea party.

Once the quote has been approved, we will issue you with an invoice outlining your payment options. We will then contact you to collect or deliver your order.

Vancouver Vintage will be happy to deliver your items for a reasonable fee. Please see our Delivery Areas page for more information.

Payment

We can accept payment via Paypal, Cheque (but please allow 10 days prior to the event date for the cheque to clear) and e-money transfer.

We kindly ask for a 50% reservation fee on all hire invoices for events that are booked more than a week in advance.

Events booked less than a week in advance of the event date are to be paid in full.
